The Cost of Comfort
Comfort is seductive! It feels safe, deserved and earned. But here's the problem:- Growth and success doesn't lives where comfort does. Today what happened was, i woke up at 6 and chose comfort over discipline and slept again and when I finally woke up at 9, i realised that this isn't me... I was feeling very comfortable on my bed that I broke my routine and then I was regretting the whole day. Every time you choose your soft bed over the cold floor and discipline— you pay a cost. Every skipped workout, every Netflix binge, every “I’ll do it tomorrow”… It adds up. Not in your bank account. Not in your body. Not in your goals. But in regret . The cost of comfort is invisible at first. It looks like freedom. But slowly — you lose time, energy, ambition, edge. Hard things build muscle.
